COMPILER_1 : Kylix/Delphi/BCB 1.x is the compiler. COMPILER_1_UP : Kylix/Delphi/BCB 1.x or higher is the compiler. COMPILER_2 : Kylix/Delphi 2.x or BCB 1.x is the compiler.
