I just purchased the backup module and installed successfully.

I configured the backup module. uploaded the license file, selected password.

I am using ixwebhosting as a hosting company.

I choose "databased" and "files" then i clicked "backup" button.

I get the following message.

Please login to your hosting console and grant IIS worker thread to have full access to \BackupRestore folder - this is mentioned in documentation.

I calld my hosting company.

The root folder had "Read" and "Write" Permissions.

I have created a "BackupRestore" folder and gave it "Read" and "Write" too.

I am still having the same error.

I noticed in the zip package i have purchased, there is no "DatabaseBackup.xml'  file.  Is that normal?  because that the file mentioned in the error.
